Community Food Share is a member of Food Banks Canada and Feed Ontario. As a member we uphold Food Banks Canada’s ETHICAL FOOD BANKING CODE, ensuring consistent and respectful service for all.
Financial Accountability
Community Food Share is a federally regulated charity (BN 135045490 RR 0001). We are committed to financial accountability and transparency. Our annual financial statements and review engagement reports are available to the public.
Complaint Resolution
Community Food Share is committed to providing excellent service. We recognize that from time to time there may be inquiries, concerns or complaints. We value your input and would encourage you to take the time to provide feedback. Complaints should be directed to admin@communityfoodshare.ca or 613-898-0781. You may also choose to review our Complaint Policy Statement.
If your complaint is not resolved by Community Food Share you have the right to contact the Food Banks Canada Customer Experience Hotline at 1-877-280-0329 or complaints@foodbankscanada.ca.
